"REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED"
To ensure accountability and respect for our scheduled time, a refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. If you attend the scheduled call, or rescheduled the call 24 hours BEFORE appt , and attend either, your deposit will be refunded MINUS any processing fees. However, if you are marked as a "no show," the deposit will be retained meaning it will NOT be returned. This policy is outlined in the booking description for your convenience.
